A simple and quick Mother's Day card, I can't believe its next weekend...
I've used a Visible Image stamp coloured in with pink, dark blue, purple and lilac zig watercolour pens and spritzed with water and left to soak into the non watercolour paper... not the greatest fan of that pesky bumpy paper.
Using a make-up sponge I applied some Versamark to the tips of the butterfly then heat embossed with sparkle embossing powder... she's one for the bling.
This card is so far away from my comfort zone and if I hated doing the front I included an insert in my most loathed colour... PURPLE *shudders.
The sentiment is a mash-up of Lawn Fawn and WPlus9. I also added in the apostrophe in Mother's after I'd taken the photograph, looks a bit weird on screen without it.

This is simply stunning! I love the sparkle on the pink portion of the butterfly and the purple - well purple is my favorite color, so this one floats my boat :) I love how you blended the colors together and added a great sentiment. Our Mother's day here in the US is the first Sunday in May, so I have a little time to make mine!
