I started by die cutting the sentiment three times, coloured the top layer with a selection of DOX inks in rainbow colours.
After that I stamped the kitties on scraps of stamping card, coloured using Prisma pencils then cut them out by hand and arranged around the sentiment on 3D foam.
I added a little but of sparkle to the butterfly and a few white gel highlights on the kitties to finish the card.
