The cue word this time is...
I've been playing around with a few designs for this challenge but knew I wanted to go with the game of pool (billiards) having spent too many of my teenage days hustling the boys!
So this is what I eventually came up with...
I started by drawing a horizontal line so the bottom balls would be level and then took an MFT basic circles stencil and used the second smallest circle to rack up my pool balls using my pencils.
I used another MFT set for the sentiment as I'm sure most men would consider playing a game of pool to be a relaxing.
I hand drew a teeny tiny circle on the black ball and using a fine liner I added the little 8 and made the highlights more obvious with a white gel pen.
If you fancy playing pool or just paddling in a pool be sure to stop by CASology and play along.
Such a great take on the cue, Claire! Love this design with its clustered elements and simple color scheme!
