Enjoy Your Special Day

I've had a wonderful 8 days off work with just 2 more to go and its been absolute bliss.

Here in the UK Mother's Day is just around the corner in March and I thought I'd make a head start... actually I've finished both - RESULT!

Here's the first that'll be going to my Mother-in-Law...

I've used Altenew Precious Peonies stamped onto kraft cardstock using tea dye Distress Ink to give me that no-line colouring look.

As always I've used Prisma pencils.

The 'mom' has been die cut three times and stacked together for dimension and the sentiment is from MFT Fluttering Friends heat embossed in white and stamped crooked!

  4. Beautiful card for mother-in-law. Coloring on craft paper is quite difficult and coloring without lines is especially difficult. The end result is stunning! I wouldn't have paid any attention to the sentiment if you hadn't signaled it. My eyes were drawn to these beautiful peonies, I can't see anything else. Lovely card, Claire
