I used the seahorse layering stamp from Hero Arts and the sentiment. I made the life buoy myself from circle dies, wound a bit of twine around and hey presto. The bubbles started life as a blank piece of white cardstock, lightly spritzed with Glimmer Mist in Sapphire and die cut.
The die has all the bubbles attached in one single piece so I did a bit of snipping and randomly placed on the piece of burlap to finish the card.
I do think seahorses are rather magical :)
